When carnival arrives, the players always pull off the same trick. They pretend to be injured to be sent to the medical department.
And since Brahma is the official sponsor of both carnival and football, they combined the two things in the middle of the sambadrome,
creating the Brahma Medical Department. This way, they enjoy the party and "recover" at the same time.
